Become a Member
Join the nation's oldest press club and find a place to chat, unwind with your colleagues, and have a drink with the city's most interesting journalists and friends of the media. Who Can Join? Full members must be active journalists, working as a member of the media. Current members include journalists working for the Daily News, Inquirer, City Paper, Philadelphia Weekly, Jewish Exponent, Philadelphia Magazine, KYW, NPR, WHYY, FOX-29, ABC, NBC, and CBS (to name a few). Full members may join the Board and vote in Board elections. Associate members of the P&P are "friends of the media" and must be sponsored by a full member of the club. Our eclectic crew of associate members include artists, teachers, musicians, politicians... you name it. How to apply: Do you know a current member? Simply stop by with that member and fill out an application, pay the initiation fee ($40), and you're good to go. -or- A printable application form is available here in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format.
