Painted Bride Quarterly StorySlam! — Thursday, Feb. 25
Painted Bride Quarterly will host an interactive slam. We'll provide writing implements and paper. You’ll have the fun. Think, "Whose Line is it Anyway?" crossed with Henry Rollins. We’ll slam the audience’s writing during a series of five-minute rounds. Bring $1 bills for the poker round. (Really.) And come prepared for the final round, with prose or poetry you write in advance, using the words “muscle," "hopped" and "fantastic." Want more info? Come out and play. We've said too much already. Hosted by Steve Volk of Philadelphia Magazine, with a special guest appearance by local poet, Genevieve Betts. write: pbq@drexel.edu see: pbq.drexel.edu.
